Udi Merhav, Founder crmOrbit, Inc. and Principal Consultant
Mr. Merhav is in charge of North America and India crmOrbit corporate and
business development. He has over a decade of technology executive management
experience. Over the years , he has worked in various industry verticals
implementing e-commerce and information technology solutions. Some of the
sectors he was involved with are tourism, legal services, non-profit and
financial services.
In the past several years Merhav has been focusing his Salesforce technology
expertise in the energy conservation sector working with utility companies and
other organizations to reduce kW (electricity) demand and Green House Gases
emissions reduction.
In 1995, Udi Merhav and his wife, Liz Levy, were sent by the American Jewish
World Service to India to work with the Tibetan refugee community in India.
They
wrote an empirical research paper on the state of Tibetan Agriculture and
Economy in the sub-continent and had the privilege of presenting their paper to
His Holiness; the Dalai Lama, in a private audience.

Prior to founding crmOrbit, Udi held the position of Vice President of
Technology Development at a reputable finance secondary market company, Bridger
Commercial Funding, a Banc of America Securities partner. Merhav had the
opportunity to managed the CRM donations program at the Salesforce.com
Foundation. Realizing the bleeding-edge technology that saleforce.com technology
is offering to companies and organizations, Udi decided to dedicate his career
to setting up crmOrbit and to spreading Salesforce.com technology and consulting
services internationally.
Merhav holds an Undergraduate Degree in Chinese Regional Studies and a
Master’s Degree in International Studies from the Jackson School of
International Studies at the University of Washington.
Lakshmi Sundar, Vice President India and APAC Operations
Lakshmi Sundar brings with her 9 years of experience in the information
technology sector. As Director of Operations, India, Ms. Sundar is responsible
for business development, product development management and crmOrbit operations
in India.
Most recently Ms. Sundar held various key roles at Prodex Technologies. While
at Prodex Technologies, Ms. Sundar managed teams of developers and has
successfully straddled the worlds of software product development, marketing and
sales. During her seven year tenure at Prodex, Ms. Sundar helped to catapult the
company to a global player in the information technology sector and contributed
to a 50 % increase in revenue over 2 years.
As a Senior Product Manager at Prodex, Ms. Sundar was critical in the
successful integration of eGrabber with salesforce.com CRM. An automation
software for processing sales-leads & resumes, eGrabber is offered on the
AppExchange.
Ms. Sundar holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of
Madras - Student member of Actuarial Society of India. - Masters in Business
Administration (Executive Program) from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
Ray Simon, Vice President Business Development
Ray is responsible for developing new territories, sales strategies, and project management
for key accounts. His background includes enterprise software development for General Motors,
sales of desktop hardware and software to federal, state, and local governments, retail channel
sales of branded electronics to franchises including Office Depot and Micro Center,
and sales of speech recognition technology to small business. As National Sales Manager of Jungsoft USA,
a developer of hardware and software security products, Ray managed sales teams and priority accounts.
Ray holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, (Dayton, Ohio) and a Computer Systems Engineer certificate from Electronic Data Systems, a Fortune 500 IT services corporation.
Seth Golub, Vice President Professional Services
Mr. Golub is responsible for business development as well as project
management for key non-profit and energy conservation customers. He brings over
12 years of CRM consulting and implementation experience, including extensive
experience deploying Salesforce and developing sales and customer care processes
for a variety of non-profit and corporate sales organizations (including his own
sales organizations).

Policy/Engineering from Princeton University, an MBA (Marketing/International
Business) from NYU/Stern and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from JFKU.
Tamar Mullee, Senior Project Manager, Non Profits
Tamar Mullee is our lead non-profit Salesforce.com implementation expert.
Tamar joined crmOrbit two years ago and has successfully implemented Salesforce
at numerous non profit organizations of various sizes. As our Senior Project
Manager for non profits, Tamar’s focus is 100% on Salesforce implementations in
the non profit sector. Tamar has developed the optimal method for working with
non profits and has been sharing her experience in helping non profits
strategize their positioning with constituents through technology.
By harnessing the power of Salesforce.com technology Tamar has been
implementing the means for streamlining fundraising, membership management,
communications automation, programs, events and grants management and a whole
host of other non profit-specific activities.
Holding various business and technical roles over the span of her career,
Tamar has accumulated extensive information technology experience. Most
recently, Tamar held the positions of office manager where she excelled in
streamlining the company’s operations. Upon promotion she held the position of
executive officer and accountant at PPT Engineering and PPT technologies, both
semi-conductor chemical engineering firms, based in Portland Oregon.
Tamar Mullee holds a BA in Architecture from the Bezalel Art Academy in
Jerusalem Israel. She has worked as a project manger in commercial building
designs for Aria Jackson Architects in Seattle Washington and the University of
Texas in Austin Texas.
While not engaged in Salesforce projects, as an avid artist, Tamar produces
intricate porcelain designs and have had her work featured in art magazines,
various galleries and shows around the nation.
