What makes our offering unique is the fact that our project managers (PMs) are
focused on project management, entirely: the PM’s time is not spread thin with
tedious and time-consuming code development or data migration tasks; the PM is
the business analyst, the mentor to the customer and the visionary. How does
this work? You might ask.
Our team of full time software developers do the actual “key board” work, you
serve as the important link between articulating your customer’s business needs,
translating them into technology solutions and relay the design and vision to
our software developers for implementation.
Having said this, if you prefer, in addition to the PM work, you may opt to
doing the development work yourself, this option is here for you too. As a
matter of fact, our PMs have the freedom to chose which projects they want to PM
only and which they want to both PM and serve as the developer.

promote Salesforce.com Foundation CRM Donation Program. As an Account Executive
with us you are not "just selling" (although, there is nothing wrong with that),
you are making available to the non profit sector a profound value proposition –

In many cases our Account Executives
also serve as the PM for the customers they bring on board. While not a
requirement, we encourage this model as it helps to maintain a continuum in the
relationship-building with the customer and gives the PM an innate understanding
of the customer’s needs from the get-go. If you’d rather hold the position of an
Account Executive without project managing the deals you close, this option too,
is there for you.
